The interdepartmental coordination commission on perfection and increase of efficiency of the information work and the data transmission at the Cabinet Ministry of the Republic of Uzbekistan declares the competition on distribution of radio frequencies and delivery of individual licenses in the field of tele-radio broadcasting

Competition conditions: To the participation in competition are assumed the legal persons, which registered in established order by the legislation in the territory of Republic of Uzbekistan, constituent documents which stipulate activity in the field of the mass media, presented to the established term the application and properly registered documents in accordance with the Statement about the order of competitive distribution of radio frequencies and deliveries of individual licenses in the field of tele-radio broadcasting. Thus, the license competitors should answer the legislation requirement in the field of mass media. For the participation in competition the competitor of the license represents the application under the established form. To the application are applied:
· notarially certified copy of the certificate on the state registration of the legal person; notarially certified copies of constituent documents of the legal person;
· document, confirming the introduction by the license competitor of deposit for consideration of competitive offers, equal to the fivefold minimal wages established in the Republic of Uzbekistan;
· the document confirming the introduction by the license competitor of deposit, equal to the annual sum of a State Tax for license distribution on designing, construction, operation and providing the telebroadcasts distribution networks;
· documents (diplomas, certificates, licenses), confirming the qualification of the workers directly connected with process of providing services on distribution of teleradio programs;
· evolved conception of the broadcast, including the creative, technical, and financial offers, and also a planned grid of announcement of teleradio programs, announcement language, announcement volumes of own programs and competitive obligations;
· conclusion of corresponding bodies about objects of telebroadcasting to the requirements of sanitary, fire norms and object protections;
· documents, confirming the right of use be the equipment, intended for the organization of telebroadcasting, in case if it belongs to other person (the contract of rent, etc.) . Notes: The package documents are represented in five copies. The financial offer of payment for license receptions is represented separately on one copy in the separate sealed envelope. License requirements and conditions: At the activity realization by the owner of the following license requirements and conditions are obligatory for execution alongside with other license requirements and conditions:
· observance of the legislation, state, branch standards, normative documents in sphere of activity;
· formation of programs with genre production, substantial variety, their conformity to the spiritual needs of society;
· telebroadcasts translation with the legislation registration in state language;
· telebroadcasts translation (rebroadcast) of foreign channels at presence of the contracts (agreements) made in accordance with legislation;
· use of technical means of telebroadcasts distribution certificated in accordance with legislation requirements;
· use of technical means of the tele-radio delivering, certified in accordance with government requirements;
· requirements execution of rules and operator norms of telecommunications means, and also requirements of sanitary, fire norms, maintenance of protection and security regime of telebroadcasting object, and also other license requirements and the conditions established by the legislation.
