The technical committee on standardization (ÒÑ) is created for joint strategy formulation in the field of standardization, metrology and certification in sphere of communication and information. The activity purpose of ÒC is a preparation of recommendations on elaboration of the normative documents harmonized with requirements of the international standards; on the change of functional standards or their cancellation; on standards use of foreign countries and firms with the purpose of quality improvement of providing services and protection maintenance of consumers rights;
The Technical Committee is formed at the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan (CIA Uz) in accordance with joint Decree of CIA Uz and «Uzstandard» Agency from August 18, 1999, ¹ 316. Chairman of Technical Committee on standardization is the first Deputy Director General of the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan – Agzam Fakhritdinovich Izbasarov. Co-chairman is Deputy Director General of CIA Uz - Miradil Mirzailevich Sangilov Vice-chairmen: First Deputy Director of the Scientific-Engineering and Marketing Research Center - Rikhsi Isakhodjaev Isaev Senior metrologist of the «Uzstandard " Agency - Tashtemir Bakaevich Abdullaev Meetings of the Technical Committee are held in accordance with confirmed Work Plan of Technical committee.
