Pease familiarize with the procedure of reception and consideration of electronic references in the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan.
The order of consideration of the citizens’ references directed via the official website of the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan
1. Official website of the Communication and Information Agency of Uzbekistan is the additional tool for possible references of citizens in the CIA Uz.
2. The references of the citizens which have been accepted in electronic form in compliance with current legislation, not later than one-day term will be directed to the Departments of CIA Uz to which direct conducting is referred the solution of issues stated in appeals.
3. The replies to the references (appeals) will be published after the period of time in the official website of CIAUz in the Section «QUESTIONS and ANSWERS». Consideration term of references does not exceed 10 days. In case, when for consideration of the references of the citizen it required more time than the term can be prolonged, but not longer than 1 month.
4. The issues that are not related to the competence of the CIAUz are not considered and not directed to the other departments. The references sustained in the incorrect form are not subject to consideration.
5. The size of the text of appeal should not exceed 600 symbols.
6. References (appeals) in the electronic form, received with incomplete or inexact information about the sender, are not considered.
