The «Rules of mobile communication services provision» will come into force on February 16, 2009. Since February 1, 2009 OJSC «Uzbekiston pochtasi» organized the exchange of electronic transfers with the Russian Federation. The electronic exchange is conducted through the International financial system of the Universal Postal Union. Now the money transfers to Russia will be essentially faster, in 2 days. It became possible due to the signed agreement on exchange of electronic money transfers between FSUE «Russia Post» and OJSC «Uzbekiston pochtasi» on August 13 of 2008.
